Meredith Dairy’s Marinated Fetta is a soft, spreadable goat cheese, marinated in blended Australian extra virgin olive oil, garlic and herbs. This luxurious cheese is incredibly addictive and very versatile. Serve spread thickly onto crusty bread, or atop a salad of simply dressed salad leaves. It also makes for a perfect accompaniment to eggs and is especially suited to shakshuka (Middle Eastern style bakes eggs).
