ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
ALL the fruit and vegetable we stock are certified organic (and/or Biodynamic). For the grocery/shelf items – not all of them. We always try and source organic as a priority, but for some grocery items this isn’t yet possible. We’ve tried to make it as clear as possible on the website which ones are certified and which aren’t, and rest assured we’re constantly seeking new products as they become available!
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
For regular orders, no there’s not! For Local Deliveries, Yes a minimum order amount of $40 is required
HOW DO FROZEN/COLD ORDERS GET DELIVERED?
We re-use polystyrene boxes that we get from the farmers, so they have a longer life before being recycled, which will help keep your goods cold for longer. However we recommend unpacking your order as soon as possible (especially in warmer weather!)
I HAVE A PRODUCT AND WANT TO SELL IT AT SURFCOAST WHOLEFOODS, WHAT DO I DO?
You can apply to be a supplier by contacting us at hello@surfcoastwholefoods.com.au. We like to know LOTS about products before we make a decision about stocking them, so please give us as much information as possible including ingredients/materials and manufacturing standards.
