This is a classic Italian style loaf of generous proportions. Our most popular loaf is a great tasting, rustic and nourishing bread.
Years of experience have enabled us to produce a true sourdough of a much lighter style then most. This is a full flavoured family loaf enhanced by slow fermentation and the addition of some stoneground wholegrain flour. Baked on the stone hearth, this loaf has a delectable moist crumb and tasty caramelised crust.
Ingredients:
- Certified Organic & Biodynamic flours (white wheat flour, stoneground sifted wheat flour, wholewheat flour)
- Twice filtered ‘Grander’ water
- Certified Organic sourdough culture
- Natural sea salt
- Natural vitamin C
