DELIVERY DAYS

Please note the following delivery details for your order. Unless you have requested a specific date, we will aim have your items to you on the delivery day after you’ve ordered it, as per below.

PLEASE NOTE THE ORDER CUT OFF TIMES FOR DELIVERY  THE FOLLOWING DAY

Torquay, Juc, Bellbrae: Monday & Thursday. Order by 7am Mon/Thurs 

Great Ocean Road (Anglesea > Lorne ) Tuesday & Friday. Order by 7am Mon/Thurs 

Apollo Bay Wednesday & Friday. Order by 7am Mon/Thurs 

Geelong, Bellarine & Surrounds: Tuesday & Friday. Order by 7am Mon/Thurs 

Moriac > Colac: Please Enquire as delivery days to these areas varies

 

PUBLIC HOLIDAY NOTE: When there is a public holiday we will only be able to do one delivery day. Orders received by 7am Wednesday will be packed that day and delivered then/the next day (depending on your area). Orders received after this time will be delivered the following week. Thank you for your understanding!

DELIVERY COSTS

Torquay, Jan Juc, Bellbrae: $5 delivery fee 

All other Local areas: $10 delivery fee

Pickup (In-Store): FREE 

** Please note there is a minimum order requirement of $40 for all deliveries**

OTHER INFO

Deliveries occur between 11am – 6pm daily. 

Pickup is available during store hours (8am-6pm) but please wait till you’ve received a confirmation call that your order is ready.

Please note deliveries are contactless. We will knock on the door / ring the doorbell and then leave the delivery on the doorstep. If there are perishable items and we don’t see anyone coming to the door we will send you a text to confirm it has been dropped off.

Please note our packing and delivery staff are all taking extra precautions to ensure your safety including strict hygiene practices. If you have any questions please reach out!

CANT FIND WHAT YOU NEED?

All products we sell in store are available for Home Delivery. Weather it be a cake from the cafe fridge, fresh meat or grocery items not listed on the website – you can add ANYTHING to your order.

Please write in the comments on checkout and we will call you to arrange any extra payments required.
