Our Sprouted Loaf was created for all of our Gluten Free friends who appreciate grains that are prepared for optimal digestion and nutrition! A perfect meal in itself, this nutrient dense bread is packed with protein, fats and carbohydrates that are super easy to assimilate into our bodies. Using an ancient approach to baking we use fresh veggies, herbs, sprouted and fermented grains, cold pressed, extra virgin coconut oil, filtered water and Himalayan crystal or pink, sea salt. *Our loaf has a lightly sour taste from the culturing in coconut kefir.
For best results keep refrigerated and toast before serving. You can also slice and freeze (still tastes delicious!)
