Yes we deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE!

Delivery Options and Fees

2. Registered Post Delivery (Australia - Wide) - $12

Flat rate of $12 applies for all orders up to 5kg. If your order exceeds this weight we will contact you with a delivery cost and you are entitled to either pay the remainder owing or to receive a refund and cancel your order. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. Please allow an additional 1-4 business days for transit time.

 

3. Express Post (Australia Wide)  - $16 

For orders up to 3kg only. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days and sent via express post. While we cannot guarantee next day delivery from placing your order this is our aim and we're yet to dissapoint!

 

4. Local Fruit & Veg Delivery (within 20km of Torquay)    -   Free

Minimum $40 Produce Box is required for Free delivery. 20km zone is calculated via Google Maps. Please enter the shop address (41 Bristol Road Torquay) and your address to calculate the distance.

Delivery days are Monday and Thursdays (to coincide with our market run so you have the freshest produce available). Delivery will be in the afternoon between 2pm and 6pm. Order cut off is 12pm the day prior to your preferred delivery. If no-one is home we will leave your box at the front door, unless you advise us otherwise!

 

5. Refrigerated Courier (Nation Wide)   Price on request

Prices depend on your location and the size of your order, but are very reasonable. Please place your order and select 'Free Local Delivery' so we can calculate your freight and call you for payment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Deliveries may be delayed subject to stock availability and freshness. You will be notified of delays exceeding 5 days. Transit times may vary for remote areas.

 

Out of stock policy
On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock (but wasn’t listed as such online), we will mark this on your receipt and deliver it to you in a separate delivery as soon as it arrives in store. Alternatively please call or email us if you would prefer a refund for the item.

 

Backorders 

We do not take backorders for products that are listed as out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience, but urge you to phone the shop to find out when we are expecting the item back in store, or for advice on alternative products. 

 

Returns and refunds

We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality goods available. If you find that your goods were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. If warranted, we will provide you with a refund up to the purchase price of the damaged goods. We may organise for the return of goods before the refund is approved. Notification of damaged goods or refund requests must be made no more than 24 hours after the goods have been received by you. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
