Our very own Chia Cup Recipe Share

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING 

INGREDIENTS: (click on the name to buy each ingredient online)

80g Chia seeds

175ml Coconut Milk

225ml Almond Milk

1tsp coconut nectar

1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract 

1. COMBINE AND SOAK

Combine all ingredients above, whisk well and set in a sealed container or jar in fridge overnight. Enjoy as is.. or layer with a mixture such as:

2. LAYER IT UP

1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) Berries

1/2 frozen berries (TIP: keep a container of pre-peeled and chopped bananas in the freezer)

Blend with 2 tablsepoons of water (or more for a not so strong blender, but ADD SLOWLY, you want the mixture to stay nice a thick)

3. TOP WITH DELICIOUSNESS

We use our own housemade buckwheat granola (if you're keen for us to share that recipe just let us know!), but Loving Earth Buckinis work great too!

Plus a sprinling of fresh fruit, some dessicated coconut and a bit of love.

4. Grab a spoon and DIG IN!
