Ella's website is jam packed full of delicious plant based (vegetarian) meals for all seasons, and this hearty stew is one of our favs.
While Pete Evans has an entire cookbook dedicated to Slow Cooked Foods (available in-store), we're also loving his every day meals that are always so simple to prepare and full of goodness. This mushroom salad is hearty and full of flavour and protein, the perfect way to keep light salads and fresh veggies in your diet as the weather cools down.
This creamy delicious vegan broccoli and 'cheese' soup hits the mark for weather like this. As far as soups go, it does take a little while to prepare, but is so worth it.
The Oh She Glows cookbook is available in store and packed full of delicious plant based recipes for all year round.
Lee Holmes has released a number of great cookbooks, from gut health, to kids cooking, to eating for your body shape. Her blog has a collection of recipes from all of these books, and these bowls are a perfect place to start exploring her unique approach to cooking.
